The portal incorporates State of California certified digital signature functionality ensuring that the application data received creates secure and legitimate bonds to legal entities.
Application data received creates paperless workflow process for TTX, routing applications to appropriate groups for review, payment processing and completion. The TTX solution sends messages to regulatory agencies that have dependencies to their permitting process.
This product or project linked a front-end web flow utilizing Avoka forms for collecting the appropriate data from the new registering business. Once complete the data is sent to the Treasurer & Tax Collector backend system OnBase. Here the data is evaluated and the appropriate API calls are made to the Aumentum system of record for registered businesses with the city. Once the appropriate reviews and approvals have been made the new business is sent a confirmation letter with a link to an FIS Payment Portal. Once the payment is received it processes through Deluxe Account Receivable Management software ImageRPS. The confirmation transfers to OnBase to be stored and associated with the application as well as updating the end of year reporting.
